Beneath that iconic crystal sits a historical 44mm Luminor 1950 case, fully equipped with Panerai's trademarked crown-protecting bridge. The clean, matte black sandwich dial utilizes a unique "linear" power reserve indicator at 6 o'clock alongside the dedicated AM/PM day/night indicator nestled into the sub-seconds dial. Designed with versatility in mind, the sophisticated GMT hand can be completely hidden behind the local hour hand when you aren't traveling, keeping the dial beautifully clean.
What makes this reference truly legendary is the powerhouse beating inside—the historical Caliber P.2002. This was Panerai’s very first completely in-house manufactured movement, utilizing three series-coupled mainspring barrels to deliver a staggering, reliable 8-day power reserve. This incredible manual-wind caliber also features a zero-reset seconds mechanism that snaps the seconds hand instantly back to 12 o'clock the moment you pull the crown, allowing for flawless time synchronization.

This watch is in very good pre-owned condition.
